| Terms & Conditions: 1. Vendors are allocated about 1m by 1m in space to display/ sell products. A balloting session will be held at Ice Cold B's SMU at 1.30pm (Saturday 26th July) to allocate areas for vendors. A representative of Ice-Cold B's will also be collecting the $10 (non-refundable) fee from every vendor. Collection of the rental will be done on the 12th July (Saturday) through till 22nd July (Tuesday) at ICB's cashier counter. 2. Vendors should bring their own tables, chairs, clothes racks, shelves, floor mats etc. There will be no tables or chairs provided by Ice-Cold B's. 3. Should any vendor intend to cancel, please inform the management of ICB's one week prior to the event (19th July). 4. No obscene, offensive or pirated item is to be sold at the event. 5. All items that are unwanted by stallholders or to be thrown are to be deposited only at the designated dumping area. Please do not leave unwanted items at the premises or anywhere except designated dumping area. 6. Stallholders must conduct all transactions in an orderly & honest manner. 7. Ice-Cold B's is not responsible for any sales transactions between the buyers & sellers. 8. Subletting of stalls is strictly prohibited. 9. All vendors will be responsible for any damage to or loss of property or any injury or loss of life, which may be sustained by the stallholder or his/her helpers during the event or arising from any cause in connection with the event. 10. Ice-Cold B's reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without assigning any reason and notification. |
